On this page I was originally going to draw Ekel Krillovich signing papers but that was changed as It didn't make much sense. So I replaced it with President Meelan.
I hadn't really planned what i was going to put behind Meelan so I went with cool glow Earth with random dots to locate the "Installations".
I purposely left out some details of the two logos.
