This Digital painting was a fun one to do. I Particularly wanted to do at least one image for the portfolio which was a portrait. And what better candidate than that of my good friend Max Candy. I had taken this image a while back when we were experimenting with cameras for the first time in class and I looked at this image and went, "I can use this."
So Max here stars as a retro Astronaut, staring into space. Below is the progress and yes the first time I drew Max I messed the proportions pretty bad. But I fixed it, and Max is proud of me.
The style is based of Vincent Di Fates dark and mood colour scheme.
