Organisation and exporting from storyboard

Before doing anything wild, I renamed all of my shots and scenes, because they were all oddly named.
(Storyboard/Rename Shots OR Rename Scenes)

Then I optimized the project. (File/Optimize Project.)

After that the exporting process begins, here is the setting I used to export to Harmony
(File/Export/Export to harmony)

When Exporting Audio, Always Export to the highest kHz. In this instance it was 48.000 kHz

Then I preceded to export the file out into small video formats that will go into premiere.
