Quentin Tarantino and Martin Scorsese

I have only seen the beginning of Pulp Fiction. Where Samuel L. Jackson (A Staple of Quentin's Work) and John Travolta are walking in the hotel and having a natural discussion before leading to the infamous "Say What Again" scene.

Here is the Samuel l. Jackson in the role of Jules Winnfield in Pulp Fiction in the infamous "Say what Again!" Scene.

One film I have watched of Quentin Tarantino is his movie "From Dusk Till Dawn" a 1996 film starring George Clooney, Quentin Tarantino himself, Danny Trejo, Salma Hayek and others. This film went from 0 to 100 real quick. So the film starts of in one genre. A kidnapping film where we follow a family of three get held hostage at a hotel, a tense scene going through border security with the bad guys and being taken to a sketchy bar in the middle of know-where. I was thinking that the film would end in either a redemption arc from George Clooney and Quentin Tarantino characters. (who were the bad guys) Or the family in the RV would escape their captures. But after Quentin sucks on some toes, (Not Exaggerating) Everyone in the bar turns into vampires and the film becomes a horror survivor flick. I literally was mind blown at this revelation.

I have been meaning to watch Inglorious Basterds for a while now. I should get to it. I've heard many good things about the film, and its main villain is well written. And i love it when the bad guys are well written.

Also Quentin is well known for his excellent use of Dialogue so another good reason that I should watch more of his stuff.

Also lesser known for his character in Shark Tale, I love this fact.

I have watched Taxi Driver, Taxi Driver is a cult classic. It was a while ago since i've watched it so I can't remember much of it. But Robert Di Nero was brilliant in it.

Haven't watched any other Scorcese film. Ive only scene clips from Wolf of Wall Street, where Leonardo Di Caprio should have one an Oscar for. I've also seen clips of The Irishman, which had some groundbreaking technology. However I do have an opinion on it. You cannot De-age Robert De Niro. You see the other two actors were done quite well because Al Pacino and Joe Pecsi have faces that haven't really changed. Robert however has a much larger face than his younger counterpart. Also every scene with Robert De Niro walking breaks the illusion of him being young because he walks like an old man.

Here is Old De Niro vs Young De Niro
The Technology is astounding, and i'm not dissing the technology at all. I think that it is impressive that this can now be achieved without putting dots all over the actors face.
I'm just saying that De Niro is a hard face to youngify.
