Tonsillitis and Editing

Sadly on the day that me and Thomas started properly shooting, I suffered from a painful case of tonsillitis. This sudden Illness put me out of the game for a week. And I had to leave the filming all up to him. Luckily he had a hand from our good friend Max Candy with filming shots.
He also put all of the shots together on top of the animatic.

But what I was working on before the illness helped. I put together a green screen animation so we could green screen easier.

Composition itself was a mission as we had green screen bleed on the footage.
At first I added some simple keying effects, with the advise of Caleb Moody. but I was given more advise from Ruby Meades. So i added more effect, and used masking effects and I gained even less bleed.

So with this footage me and Thomas decided to pixelate the imagery for two reasons.
Reason 1 is because we wanted to make it look more retro video game style.
Reason 2 was to hide parts of the footage that had been lost due to keying.

Above is the footage  on a grey solid.
