One of the funner but longer scenes to animate. Using stretches I managed to make this scene flow. I also added some head turning and a blink.

Scene Three is done, I'm happy with it at the moment. I think i did a good job with the thief and his mouth movement.

I went Shopping for this project

So...
I bought some things.

Yes I did. So what we have here are 2 different converters needed to convert Analog to Digital.
I spent about $60.69 on these bad boys.
I hope that these are worth it.
I also hope that I can get the Coaxial converter in time as it might come in late.
If not the Av to Avi Converter is super useful, if i can find a compatible VHS player, I can use the Av converter with it. Because the VHS player in theory should act as a converter its self.

Im still looking for a double ended RCA cord.

THE THEME
For the theme, I decided to merge a royalty free sound file and The Twilight Zone theme to make something even more unique for my research project.

The Theme is mainly been built up by the song "UFO Files" which was originally 1 minute and 30 seconds. I needed to cut it down to about 40 seconds. I picked this one because it did sound similar to "The Twilight Zone"

I used Adobe Audition to edit the piece.

After editing the base, I then grabbed the audio from the Twilight Zone and started to splice it apart. getting small riffs, Guitar Twangs and bongos bongo'ing.

I placed them all around the piece stretching the timing so it matches the UFO theme, and also I adjusted the volume too.

Fable 3

This is a game that I have been playing for the last couple of months. And its been quite the fun adventure. I while ago I had heard about the Fable series and how brutal it was. Originally I was going to start on Fable 2 because I currently do not own Fable 1. However Fable 3 just hooked me more than the beginning of 2. And so this game has been my weekend escape.

The game tells the story of your character essentially starting a revolution against his brother, who is a tyrant of the land. Your character along with his friends must gain allies to siege the castle and take over as king.

But overtime you find out that there more at play than just your brother being a stubborn tyrant.

The gameplay mechanics are interesting too.
So you can own household and rent out households. Thus you basically become a landlord overlord, buying out everybody's houses and repairing the buildings to gain an incredible income. (which is how I got most of my money). You can interact with all of the NPC's, both positively and negatively. With being good friends with NPC's you actually get given gifts. You can marry and have children (which can also be done with other players. You can get STD's as well. Weapons you acquire can have objective with them that you can grind to upgrade. You could buy clothes and colourise them with dye. There are so many things. And your choices matter.

The story is fantastic. The characters are fantastic. This game is Fantastic.

The House and The Truck on this page are from the Movie Twister, A large inspiration for Tornado Man and his story.

The Truck is called a 1996 Dodge Ram 2500 and the house is called Follet Mansion.

The name William Harding is also a reference to the movie as the main character in the film is called Bill Harding.

I didn't like this film. I don't hate it and I can appreciate the work put into this as a lot of it is stop motion. However, Most of it is just screaming. At the start of the film I wasn't sure what the film was about, because no one actually said anything. At the end, I could understand what it was about but I'm still lost on it.

The film only starred 6 characters. probably cause most of the budget when into all of the stop motion. and metal scraps.

It is quite a creative film, and for what the director had. I think it works.

Like a Garrys Mod video, they just had a character stand still and moved them around a street.

But again its literally just screaming and hard to see action sequences for 60 odd minutes. and that what puts me off.

ALSO they only have one soundtrack, its catchy at first but also gets annoying after a while.

I can't believe there is more films (I think 3) that spawned from this and that this was rated fairly highly on IMDB and Rotten Tomatoes (around 70%).

Getting the TV's

So in the study break, I finally retrieved the TVs I needed for my project. I have actually retrieved three of them.
We have a National AC/DC Battery. and two NEC portable colour TV's, one from the 80's and one from the 90's

Now with these TV's I need to work on a way to make them transmute digital input. Because all of these TV's are Analog.

Directed by James Gunn. This Horror comedy starring Big names Micheal Rooker and Nathan Fillion. This was a very entertaining horror movie.

This film I'd say is a semi serious horror as it does have a lot of gore and disfigurements of the human body but it does have that aspect of humour. 

This film features an infamous horror scene of the girl in the bathtub about to be murdered by an evil slug thing. Which is both scary and silly at the same time. A well shot scene.

This movie wasn't afraid of killing anything. To all of the pet animals, to Children.

SPOILER ALERT. However there is one thing I'm going to criticize about this film is  the fact that very little people care about the deaths they witness. Only two characters really care about it.So the entire town is dead at the film. and the three remaining characters. One Cop, One Widow and One recently Orphaned walk of into the sun rise to get medical treatment. But none of them really admit that literally all their friends, family, co workers are all dead, lying literally in front of them. 

Other than that. Good film.

TBAMM - S1-02 / S3-02 /S3 -03 / S3-04

FIRST SHOT DONE.
This is one of the harder scenes to animate because of the silhouetted characters everywhere. I wanted the shot to have more life in it as the silhouettes standing still would just be too odd. So I animated each one frame by frame. The further away ones don't require a lot of detail as they aren't the main focal point.

I also decided to add some eye animation in here for Rasper, just too add a bit of spice to the scene.

Later on, I may come back to this scene to add some depth to the background.

I'm quite proud of this shot.
